St. George Technology, Inc. Price Policy and Quotation and Specification:
We make every effort to maintain prices for at the least two years, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturing cost increases.
The quotation and specification of St. George Technology, Inc. to you is only binding when accepted by you in writing. If you have accepted a quotation and specification you will have accepted the quotation and specification and a binding contract will exist between us on the terms and conditions set out herein.
Unless Agreed in writing there can be no variation to the quotation and specification as accepted by you.
The prices quoted and accepted are not binding for any further orders.
Guaranteed Satisfaction:
If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange, or refund...it's your choice.
Convenient Payment Options:
Bill Your Order To Your Open Account
Open accounts are welcome and may be established following review of a completed credit application. Open account invoices are payable within 30 days from date of invoice. (Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1-½ % per month). Payable by check or C.O.D. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
If invoices are not paid when due St. George Technology, Inc. reserve the right to: -
Demand payment of all balances whether due for payment or not.
Cancel all outstanding orders and decline to make any further deliveries.
Ask for cleared funds in advance in payment of any further orders made.
In the event that a purchaser fails to pay within these or any other agreed terms and St. George Technology, Inc. uses the services of a debt collector, agent, Solicitor, receiver or third party in pursuing recovery of the debt, a charge will be made equal to 45% of the total sum due at the discretion of St. George Technology, Inc. and such sum will be payable by the purchaser in
addition to any interest, court fees, expenses and other statutorily recoverable costs.
Furthermore, any fees, costs or commissions incurred in tracing and recovering monies due or releasing any property or assets during receivership will be recovered from the purchaser.
There is no minimum order at St. George Technology, Inc.. All orders are payable in U.S. dollars. Returned checks are subject to a $25 charge.
Retention of Title/Ownership
The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Customer until they have been paid for by the Customer in full.
If the Customer receives from St. George Technology, Inc. goods which are not in the inclusive ownership of St. George Technology, Inc. then St. George Technology, Inc. becomes a part owner to a proportionate value of those goods. St. George Technology, Inc. will be entitles to make a claim on those goods to the full value and be invoiced to the Customer.
Delivery Terms
Special overnight and second day air delivery are available at an additional cost.

Alaska, Hawaii & Pacific Islands
Standard shipping methods provide direct, reduced cost, expedited air delivery service to all accounts in Alaska and Hawaii. Customers in the Pacific Protectorates are offered direct surface transport, or postal services, for reliable delivery. No additional surcharges apply, except when special services are requested. Low-level hazardous items (dangerous goods in accepted quantities and Consumer Commodity ID 8000) are now available via UPS second day air.
Order Cancellations
All orders are automatically processed and usually ship between 1-2 business days. Once an order is placed, St. George Technology begins the shipping process and WILL NOT guarantee the cancellation of the order. If you wish to cancel an order that has been placed online, please contact customer service as soon as possible at (910) 397-0781 and we will do our best to accomodate that request. For more information, please see our Return Policy (below).
Return Policy / Merchandise
To arrange for a return, simply call our customer service department. The following conditions must be complied with:
• All products must be returned in their original container or package, in a clean and salable condition.
• All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a description of the problem.
• Returned products must have been purchased within the previous ninety (90) days and are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
Please note these exceptions:
● The restocking charge is waived only if it is our error.
• We suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered.
• Items (including expired items) that cannot be returned to St. George Technology, Inc. are not returnable.
• Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).

1. Items must be returned complete, in the original container, and adequately cushioned to prevent damage during shipping.
2. Returns must be sent by a traceable carrier (e.g., UPS).
3. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns not following the above policies will be refused or subject to a restocking charge.
5. Returns meeting all of the above policies receive the appropriate credit or refund.
MISCELLANEOUS
Notwithstanding clauses 3 above, until such time as the purchaser becomes the owner of the goods above, the purchaser shall store them and will procure that they are stored separately from the purchaser’s other goods or
those of any other person.
Subject to the terms hereof, the purchaser is licensed by St. George Technology, Inc. to agree to sell on the goods or any of them subject to the express condition that the entire proceeds thereof are held in trust for St. George Technology, Inc. and not mingled with other monies or paid into any overdrawn bank account, and shall be at all times identifiable as the monies of St. George Technology, Inc..
If the goods, the ownership of which remains with St. George Technology, Inc., are admixed with the goods owned by the purchaser or any other person, or are processed with or incorporated therein, the product thereof shall become and/or shall be deemed to be owned either by St. George Technology, Inc. exclusively (in the event of no other third party ownership) or in common with that other person(s), and at no time shall the property of such product be with the purchaser (until full payment per 3 above is received). Such product shall be at the Customer’s risk and it shall be his duty to insure such product.
The provisions of clause 8.2 shall apply to the product(s) set out in 8.3 above, subject to the proviso that the proceeds and/or monies are held in common to St. George Technology, Inc. and such other person(s).
The conditions set out herein constitute a registrable contract under the provisions of part VII of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended). A form 395 will be registered at Companies House in respect of any monies due to
St. George Technology, Inc. resulting from trading under these terms.
With reference to the specific charge over proceeds of sale created in clauses 8.2, 8.3 and 8.5 above and registered as Companies House, being a charge over book debts, the purchaser shall pay into his bank account (in accordance with clause 10.2) all monies which may be received in respect of such debts and shall not without the prior written consent of St. George Technology, Inc. sell, factor, discount or otherwise charge or assign the same in favor of any other person or purport to do so. The purchaser shall, if called upon to do so by St. George Technology, Inc., from time to time execute legal assignments of such proceeds to St. George Technology, Inc..
St. George Technology, Inc. may appoint a receiver under the above registered fixed charge in the event of any balance owing to St. George Technology, Inc. being unpaid at the due date, or upon commencement of any winding-up order, act or proceedings in which the purchaser’s insolvency is involved. All costs and fees arising from the appointment of a receiver are recoverable in full from the purchaser.
St. George Technology, Inc. shall, on giving notice to the purchaser, be entitled to postpone or cancel delivery or completion or to suspend deliveries in whole or part in the event of a stoppage at St. George Technology, Inc. premises or those of any agent of or suppliers to St. George Technology, Inc. due to act of God, war, riots, strikes, lock-out, trade disputes, fires, floods, breakdowns, mechanical failures, interruption of transport, government action or any other cause whatsoever, whether or not of like nature to those specified above, outside St. George Technology, Inc. control.
